The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate product marketing manager to join Lumos
Learning and champion our innovative learning solutions for K-12 schools and districts in the
U.S. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive
product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction within the K-12 education market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across the customer lifecycle
(awareness, consideration, purchase, retention).
Map out and optimize the entire customer journey to increase conversion rates,
improve customer satisfaction, and identify and remove friction points.
Create targeted marketing materials, including buyer personas, messaging
frameworks, and sales enablement collateral (presentations, case studies, battle
cards, etc) tailored for the K-12 education sales cycle.
Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing)
to manage and execute effective campaigns that generate leads, increase brand
awareness, and drive sales.
Focus on retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value by implementing
strategies to engage them and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer service) to ensure
alignment, achieve growth goals, and implement successful growth initiatives
equired Skills
5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the EdTech or
K-12 education sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven product marketing
strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing) and
campaign management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate
insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage
multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively
across cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the EdTech industry
Deep understanding of the U.S. K-12 education market, including current trends,
challenges, and purchasing decision-making processes.
Proven ability to develop and manage successful content marketing programs
Working days are Monday to Friday
10 am to 7 pm working hour
