# Prior experience as Solution Architect for ERP/ IT Software solutions.
# Experience of proposing solutions to customer requirements from in-house / third party products and solutions.
# Understanding of functional and non-functional requirements in IT Software projects and experience of analysis and compliance of the same as per customer requirements
# Experience of working on RFPs / tenders for ERP/ Software solutions published by Indian customers. Experience for Indian Government/ PSU tenders would be added advantage.
# Demonstration of software to prospective customers
# Experience of ERP / IT software project execution. Experience in Govt. projects would be added advantage.
# Experience of efforts estimate for projects would be added advantage
# Experience of handling IT Infrastructure, cloud related scope apart from software solution would be added advantage
