Urgently hiring for Design Manager - Architech

Role:

Managing the design processes involved in a construction project, including ensuring that

drawings are ready on time, reviewing designs and making them available to the appropriate

people.

Establishing and maintaining effective methods of communication between the teams/

consultants involved in design work throughout the project.

Maintaining records and documents throughout the project.

Assessing, mitigating and managing risks connected with design.

Ensuring designs and design work meets local regulations, byelaws, guidelines and

sustainable building standards and industry codes of practice.

Attending design meetings, writing reports and giving presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Arch. with min 5 years of experience in Urban Design/ Campus development, architecture

design, interior design, landscape design and design co-ordination.

Excellent design and technical skills, including the ability to use design software like

AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, QGIS.

Passionate towards Sustainable development and knowledge of rating systems and bodies.

Good understanding of Infrastructure, Structure, MEP & Landscape Design/ drawings.

Problem solving skills and creative thinking.
