Job Description
We are looking for an OPT Recruiter who has experience in US Staffing.
- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any
- technology maintaining a database of OPT candidates.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates.
- Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and
- referrals.
- Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
- Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities,
- Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources and job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder,
- Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a
- prior database of OPT candidates.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders and EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
- Maintaining a good database for follow-ups.
- Explaining and Negotiation compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation benefits for the consultants.
- Willing to work night shifts (7 pm to 4 am IST)
- Good Communication skills
