PM requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant subject
Post-graduate Management qualification an advantage
PMP preferred
Experience in managing Lump Sum Turnkey and unit rate contract Projects
Ability to develop Project's Execution strategy, Profit Plan, and objectives to ensure efficient and effective implementation, aligned with McDermott Policies, overall business strategy, and objectives
Senior Engineer Proposal & Estimation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Min 18 to 20 yrs exp mechanical engineer
Proven experience in proposal management and development.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Quantity Surveyor
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
A valid driver's license.
Senior Engineer-Fabrication
15yrs experience in work shop handled
Should be mechanical engineer ,
should have experience in both structural and piping fabrication
Project Director ( Qatar / shell experience preferred)

Experience is Mandatory. A minimum of 10 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Oil & Gas Projects
At least 5 years experience working as a Construction Manager in the Middle East Countries
Civil and E&I experience is an advantage.
Prefer global EPC Contractor or Sub-Contractor experience.
Direct Construction work experience is a Must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Shutdown Construction Manager
5 years as a Shutdown Manager from the Contractor side
Shutdowns that involve at least 600+ persons as a single team
Experience is Mandatory. A minimum of 10 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Oil & Gas Projects
At least 5 years experience working as a Construction Manager in the Middle East Countries
Civil and E&I experience is an advantage.
Direct Construction work experience is a Must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Engineer Shutdown
Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
8 years experience in a project execution related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering and operations.
Recent experience of working in the field at Company s facilities dealing with Brownfield projects, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS)
Lifting Engineer Supervisor
LEEA Certification is a must
3 years Mechanical Engineering diploma or bachelor's degree of Mechanical engineering
The candidate should have relevant oil & gas onshore lifting related experience of not less than5 to 7 years with minimum 5 years in a similar position 6 years Total
Cost Engineer
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university
Should have a minimum of 10 years cost engineering experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery projects or facilities, with at least ten years in managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting; and financial reporting with a Broad, multi discipline knowledge and experience of cost engineering for Oil and Gas projects. A certification from Professional Organization is highly recommended.
