POSITION:

PLANT MANAGER

Experience

Min 10 -15 Years in an Aluminum extrusion plant

Experience of Aluminum Extrusion factory and technical requirements is preferred.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering OR Industrial Engineering OR Production Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

Overviewing the well-functioning of the Extrusion related Production activities including Extrusion, Surface Treatment, Maintenance, Packing, and Fabrication. and the Die Warehouse departments

Responsible for daily production reports and usage of inventory

Identify cost savings opportunities in the operations process and recommend improvements needed to reduce cost and improve output.

To satisfy all customer requirements regarding product quality, we will promptly respond to enquiries and complaints, if any, in coordination with the respective department Managers.

Knowledge of aluminium profiles extrusion processes, and technical requirements is a plus.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Experience

Min 5 - 7 Years in an Aluminum extrusion plant

Experience of managing Quality Assurance in Aluminum Extrusion factory is a must.

Qualification

Engineering Diploma & Technical qualification is a must.

Exquisite Knowledge of aluminium extruded profiles, Alloy specifications, product knowledge and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develops, trains and motivates team members to achieve desired Quality, efficiency, proficiency, cooperation morale; maintains awareness of Quality and/or implement Quality policies and procedures and ensures employee adherence/ may recommend and implement Quality Assurance procedures.

Carrying root cause analysis for the Scraps/ rejections/ customer complaints and implements procedures to minimize defects due to these occurrences.
