POSITION:
INSPECTOR
A minimum of 2 years experience in the same field Experience in residential inspection and/or property construction (depending on the actual line of the Housing operation)
Reports to the respective Supervisor.
Carries out the respective Inspections required of Units (preparation, departure, Vacant Accommodation, new Accommodation Units, safety, and walk through (when group of Inspectors walk through a Unit or area to carry out a Quality Control Inspections).
Follows up with Third Parties to receive the Accommodation Units on time.
Ensures that all Inspections are fully documented with reference photos and accurate information and the associated Performance Reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Escalates to the respective Supervisor when needed, such as in the case of unresolved issues and safety concerns.
RECEPTIONIST
Minimum of 2 years experience in an equivalent field with bachelors degree in hospitality management)
Reports to the Customer Relations Supervisor.
Operates the Housing Front Desk and serve incoming Residents in a professional manner.
Answers telephone calls and initiate the procedures associated with callers requests or forward the calls to the competent Contractor's Personnel or KAUST Personnel.
Follows security measures stipulated in the relevant Standards.
Maintains and organize the reception area.
Ensures that the relevant files are prepared for the expected new Residents.
