Job Description:
1. Prepare a long-term and short-term strategy for Business Developments
2. Ensure expected execution of the finalized business strategy
3. Establish the plan and procedures to review the progress of the business numbers inline with the business
strategy
4. Do proper market review of new products, designs and services to alter or modify the business plan to
achieve maximum results/targets
5. Keep self and team up-to date about the company product, services and schemes
6. Monitoring activities, products, pricing and services of competitors
7. Identifying and contacting potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers
8. Establishing new and existing long-term business relationships with business parties; creating a new leads
and contacts for business expansions
9. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with business partners and vendors
10. Seeking and managing bulk orders and purchases
11. Developing and achieving sales objectives
12. Reviewing sales figures and performances
13. Attending trade shows, meetings, and networking events
14. Supervising and reviewing employees performance
15. Reviewing sales KPIs and preparing sales report
16. Anticipating demand and acquiring new materials and/or designs
17. Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner
18. Scheduling staff training workshops and providing necessary mentorship
19. To do excellent client engagement
