Experience 8-12 years in a Manager role in the purchasing department in real estate only (must have good communication skills Written & Verbal)
Skills Familiarity with QC Standards, Cost analysis of Materials, Strong communication skills, Knowledge of Farvision/ERP
Job Description
Prepare the database of suppliers/vendors for all required material.
Interacting with various suppliers for inviting quotations.
Preparing comparative statements of quotations received from vendors.
Check bill/invoices received from vendors against GRNs received from the site and coordinate with vendors for any discrepancies in bill/invoice.
Keeping track of material requirements received from various sites and timely supply of materials as per requirement raised.
Prepare & issue purchase order to selected vendors & confirm, also confirm the delivery date & time for the same.
Regular follow up with vendors for timely and accurate delivery on site. Coordinate with sites/stores for deliveries and any discrepancies in material received.
Carry out Market survey and collect data for cost effective quality alternatives available in market.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of purchase process as per SOP.
Prepare Purchase Department SOPs, plans and implement as per company process
Develop own team and train them as per processes
Adherence to purchase procedures defined in SOP.
Prepare and timely submit various MIS reports as per SOP.
