Job Description

Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Candidate Management:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate relationships and act as the main point of contact during the interview and offer stages.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with account managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements for each position.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on technical positions.
  2. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
  2. Experience in recruiting for skills relevant to your IT industry.
