JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Key Account Managers(KAM) are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients. They work in close association with various business departments, and thus maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages a set of 5-6Account managers
Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
Develops trust relationships with a portfolio ofKey corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sellsolutions
Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process as laid down from time to time
Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
JOB CRITERIA:
Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
Self-starter and energetic individual
Sales focus in achieving defined targets
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Candidate should be confident & and a team player
Adhere to KYC,service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience(in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
