We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Operations. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new features
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus
