JOB DESCRIPTION:
Virtual relationship manager(VRM) in a bank typically plays a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships through digital channels. It plays a crucial role in delivering personalized banking services to clients through digital channels while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to clients to discuss matters related to the client's portfolio(s)
- Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross-sales generating fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products.
- Utilize all applications, tools, and databases used to process transparent end to- end client support, effectively.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Responsible for up selling, cross- selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Require Good Communication in English along with any south language
Complete 15 years of Graduation is mandatory.
Less than 5 years of experience.
Age Limit below 30.
