Reporting To : Branch Manager

Criteria: Any Sales exp min 1yr Field sales is preferred)

Age: 21-30

Education: Any Graduation

Location: Andhra Pradesh andTelangana

Job Responsibilities:

To recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis
Mobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partners
Daily reporting of Achievements
Doing Performance Review of your distributors / partners
Ensuring productivity on monthly basis
Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners

Recruiting and managing the Team Of DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS FROMPERSONAL LOAN / HOME LOAN DEALERS FROM FINANCE FIELD.

EX: Chartered Accountants, Share brokers, Tax consultants, DSA,DST personal Loans and home loans. Real Estate Agents.Builders/Agents Doctors, Financial Consultant/ Channel Partners, Managing Director. SMEs.

Company will Provide Calls room Training to Distribution

Generating LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS FROM AGENCY DISTRIBUTION.

Qualification : Graduation

CTC 2,50,000/- TO 4,00,000/- PA
