- Location- Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Min 2 years experience in any Life Insurance Sales preferably banca to get immediate select
- Qualification- Graduation
- CTC- Upto 4.5 LPA
- Candidates who are Immediate joiner or currently serving notice period are prefered
You Are Responsible For
- Sessions planned on Product / Claims / Motivation on Initiatives / Sharing updates on initiatives / Launching initiatives (all in presence of Branch Head/ if possible by the branch Head)
- Tracking of Business branch wise / Manager wise / Meeting Numbers/ Supporting the Laggard Teams
- Helping create Branch & Outdoor activities and initiatives with managers and distribution
- Client calls with employees / distribution daily min 3
- To make sure all branches have sufficient danglers and marketing items on Health Maximizer/ riders and protection
