Description
We are urgently looking for female telecallers with 0-0 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and should be able to convince customers to purchase our products/services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products/services
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to customers
- Answer customer queries and resolve their complaints
- Maintain customer records and update them regularly
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader/manager
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to convince customers to purchase our products/services
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling would be an added advantage
- Age Limit - 18 to 25
