We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Process Associate, focusing on backend support for our US-based operations.

  • Job Summary:

As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient backend support to our clients and remotely managing the staff responsible for delivering home care services. This position demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Backend Support:

Handle administrative tasks related to client operations, ensuring smooth workflow.

Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

  • Remote Staff Management:

Collaborate with the client's staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Monitor and manage remote teams responsible for delivering home care services.

Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing performance issues and facilitating training as needed.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline backend processes and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.

Implement measures to maintain and improve service quality.
  • Reporting:

Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators.

Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Proven experience in backend support or process management, preferably in a healthcare or client services setting is plus.

Freshers also welcomed.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Night shift
