We are urgently hiring for Max Life Insurance, one of the leading insurance providers in India. We are looking for candidates with 1-5 years of experience in the job market, who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Selling Max Life Insurance products to potential customers
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
- Providing excellent customer service and support to existing customers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Keeping up to date with the latest insurance products and industry trends
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve common goals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of insurance products and industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and at least one local language
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
