Job Description
-Working on RFP/RFQ/RFI
- Designing solutions and proposals
- Recommending tools and technologies to bring in Automation, Service Efficiency and cost optimization
- Drafting Proposals and Cost sheets
- Proposal presentation to clients
Requirements
Understanding about how the Client-server architecture works with a mix of application front-end, Authentication mechanism, Middleware, Database, Storage, Backup etc.
Knowledge of Security Fundamentals like Encryption, Access Management, Identity Management, Access Control etc.
Knowledge of Cloud environment
Understanding of working mechanism of Remote Infra Management (RIM) services
Understanding of Workplace Management Services
Understanding of Service Desk Services
Understanding of IT Service Management
Knowledge of leading OEMs and various solutions prevailing in the market wrt IMS
