Experience: 2+ years, Sales & Marketing in Paint Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with contractors in the paint industry to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of products.
Contractor Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable product recommendations and solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews with contractors to identify areas for growth, provide product training, and present new product offerings.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue maximization.
Analyze sales data, market reports, and customer feedback to gain insights and develop effective sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our paint products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Keep abreast of new product launches, product enhancements, and industry developments to effectively communicate and educate contractors about our offerings.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the paint industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of contractor market dynamics, including knowledge of contractors, builders, and related industry professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
