We are urgently looking for a Bancassurance Manager for Life Insurance with 1-9 years of experience in the job market context of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the bancassurance channel for the company's life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel
• Manage relationships with partner banks and ensure regular communication with key stakeholders
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of bancassurance sales executives to achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
• Provide support to sales executives in closing deals and resolving customer queries
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-9 years of experience in bancassurance sales for life insurance products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

CTC:- Upto 5.50 lacs
