Job Description Sales Manager
Should map potential customers and generate leads
Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions
Responsible for post-sales services and client relationship management
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
Ensures effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
Oversees and evaluates market research
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Establishing a new clientele base for our existing business.
Maintain Sales and technical knowledge for furnishing Demo to the clients at and after Sales closure.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and visit them for references.
Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs market channel development activity
Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Provide daily reports of field sales success and communication with customers on MIS data.
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to channel partners to participate in closing and order
Responsible for revenue generation and growth.
Negotiating contracts.
Responsible for customer retention and keeping track of outstanding.
Preparing sales reports as needed.
Open to travel pan India at any point of time for business development.
