Key Responsibilities:- Offline Classes: Conduct engaging and informative offline lectures on preferable subjects under General Studies.
Student Mentorship:
Provide personalized mentorship to students, addressing their queries, and guiding them on effective study strategies.Online Classes:
Conduct live classes on YouTube and Zoom, ensuring that online students receive the same quality of education as offline students.Content Development: Create and curate study materials, notes, and practice questions to aid student preparation.
- Assessment: Design and conduct tests, mock interviews, and evaluations to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Curriculum Planning:
Collaborate with other faculty members to plan and structure the GS curriculum effectively.Student Engagement:
Foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation in both offline and online settings.- Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have appeared for the _UPSC Civil Services Interview (at least once).
_- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.- Experience in content creation and online teaching is a plus.
