Job Description:
Job Summary:
As a UPM-x ServiceNow Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Unified Portfolio Management (UPM) module within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow UPM Management:
- Assist in the administration and configuration of the Unified Portfolio Management (UPM) module in ServiceNow.
- Monitor and support the implementation of UPM features, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve portfolio management processes.
2. Implementation and Configuration:
- Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows to support UPM processes.
3. Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow UPM-related issues and incidents, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to UPM processes, workflows, and data integrations.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into portfolio performance, project status, and resource allocation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the UPM framework.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on ServiceNow UPM updates and industry trends, recommending improvements and enhancements to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new ServiceNow features or modules related to UPM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly Unified Portfolio Management (UPM).
- Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
