The schools offer various. curricula, including IB, Cambridge and CBSE.

As the GSG family of schools expands, we are looking for a University Outreach Lead, to join our team with a focus on helping our students to connect with top universities across the globe.

The primary responsibility of the role is to connect / engage with university representatives to drive student university connect across all GSG schools. This role is a critical part of the organizations strategy to develop our students into future ready graduates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect / engage with the representatives of top universities in India and abroad to drive

o Webinars on their various program offerings

o In person profile analysis boot camps at GSG schools

o Participation in Career cum University Placement Fairs

o Relevant activities summer programs, masterclass etc.

• Build and maintain relationship with universities to drive

o Direct partnership for admissions

o Scholarships for GSG students

o Training session for university guidance counsellors, zonal leads and admissions consultants

• Work with Zonal Leads and university aggregation platforms to drive university admissions.
• Engage with top universities at regional and global level to forge partnerships with their K-12 outreach departments
• Drive partnerships with universities to create pathway programs for students across GSF schools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in university outreach segment.
• Bachelor's degree with a min of 60% in aggregate marks. Master's degree from an institution in UK, Canada, Aus. or the US is a big plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations.
• In depth knowledge of undergrad admissions landscape across the globe.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience of university outreach and connect or as a university rep is a must.
