Job Responsibilities

Recruitment of new agents,

Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements

Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.

Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation

Keep Generating business from the agents .

Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. Conveyance + Incentives
