Market Analysis & Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Use these insights to adapt sales strategies and develop competitive offerings.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, agent productivity, and channel growth. Share insights with senior management and recommend action plans to drive improvement.
