Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Unit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Insurance Advisor , setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to the team, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
