Unit Manager

Description

We are looking for a Unit Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in managing teams and driving results in the Indian job market context. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in managing teams and driving results in the Indian job market context

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
