Unit Manager

Description

We are currently seeking a Unit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the job market context of India and be able to manage a team of professionals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of professionals and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the team and achieve business objectives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and provide coaching and training as required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments and incorporate these into the team's work
• Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant industry regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the job market context of India
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
