Role and Responsibilities

• Achieve business results in Defence segment through effective translation of the business strategy into collated Branch Plans. Provide leadership and motivation to the Defence Sales team towards raising performance standards, and be a valuable resource to the Company
• Help team to sell Life insurance and work with them in Army, Navy, Air-Force and all government Defence areas
• Managing and Life selling insurance in Army and Defence area
• Daily visiting cantonment areas
• Conduct lectures in military cantonments
• Giving training to team of 21
• Conducting service camps

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in insurance industry agency channel, preferably from defense background. Should have experience of leading a team of result oriented sales managers.
• Good Communication Skill
• Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
