- Plan and execute organizational objectives in human resources, such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, diversity, and inclusion
- Create and update job descriptions and design, and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers with candidates
- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Conduct performance management and appraisal, provide feedback and coaching, and identify areas for improvement and development
- Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, and suggest improvements as needed
- Maintain HR records and reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
