Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to assist in the execution and oversight of various company projects. These projects include business applications, associated infrastructure, regulatory compliance initiatives, and the company website. The role requires effective coordination with multiple application vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business requirements to identify suitable vendors.
- Evaluate vendors based on technical, functional, and financial criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Secure necessary internal approvals before engaging vendors.
- Oversee project implementation to ensure it aligns with the initial scope and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between users and vendors post-implementation to address ongoing needs and resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Experience & Skill Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant project management experience across various technologies.
- Preferably experienced in the BFSI domain, with knowledge of technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, VBA, and other process automation tools.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to plan and execute projects within defined deadlines.
- Good understanding of current cloud technologies/platforms; experience with any cloud technology/platform is a plus.
Education and Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a degree in either BE/BTech or a Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science.
