- As an Underwriting Automation Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage automated underwriting systems, collaborating with IT, the underwriting team, and other departments to ensure these automated solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements

Roles and Responsibilities
- Possess underwriting knowledge and experience.
- Review requirements to write the logic/formulas.
- Develop and test formulas to ensure they function as expected.
- Address and resolve issues identified during testing/QA.
- Meet service level benchmarks for productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with the organization s information security policy and protect all information assets confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Continuously enhance subject knowledge, operational competencies, and skill growth.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of underwriting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel) and analytical skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to review self-created work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
- Team player with adaptability to change and the ability to handle pressure positively.
