Job Description

- Utilize expertise in UKG Readys Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll modules to optimize current installations and maximize value for the client.

- Demonstrate proficiency in integrating UKG Ready with NetSuite or similar ERP Finance products, ensuring seamless data exchange and system compatibility.

- Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current functionality and technology footprint, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Develop short and long-term solution strategies to enhance Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll processes within the client's environment.

- Collaborate closely with the client's team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
