Description

We are seeking a UK Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for our clients based in India. As a UK Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying talented candidates, building relationships with them, and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a positive recruitment experience and that we are able to deliver high-quality candidates to them.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using various recruiting methods
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
• Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide high-quality candidates
• Ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates and recruitment processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a job market context of India
• Knowledge of UK recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
