Description

We are seeking a UK Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience in job market context of India to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our UK-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to ensure that candidates meet job requirements
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UK job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
