Job description

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
• Hands on end to end recruitment process.
• Exposure on delivery and client handling is preferable.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Proactively source profiles through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Strong understanding on the visa types, such as Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (ICT), or other applicable work visas. Knowledge of UK immigration laws and processes is a plus..
• Flexible to work in UK/EU Time Zones.(12PM to 9 PM)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• MBA/bachelors degree in business management or in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
