Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor at Heralds International in Kochi. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student and career counseling services, effective communication with students, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the educational development of students on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent Communication ,Customer Service and Sales skills
- Background in the field of Education
- Proven ability to empathize and understand students needs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- 2 Year experience in educational counseling
