### Role Summary
**Title: Senior Product Manager**
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our product roadmap. ### Responsibilities
- **Define Product Vision and Strategy**: Establish and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and customer needs.
- **Develop Product Roadmap**: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to define and deliver product features.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the product.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and iterations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future decisions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
### Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- **Skills**:
