UI UX Product Designer (Web3)

Key Responsibilities

Create intuitive, user-centric designs for Web3 applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Develop visually compelling graphics, icons, and layouts for web interfaces

Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and

alignment with project goals.

Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all platforms.

Adhere to Airbus Design Guidelines & style standards.

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Collect feedback from project managers and adjust the approach to cater to criteria

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Create production-ready assets by proficiently using standard industry tools

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing work on Web3 projects and graphic design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and

prototyping tools

Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and cryptocurrency user interfaces.

Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proven portfolio record with Web3 experience

Good understanding & knowledge and understanding of Colors, Layouts, and Type.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and animations.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS)
