Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

2. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and optimize the design.

3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

4. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other visual design and wireframing tools.

3. Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction.

4. Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.

5. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
