Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and a strong background in UI/UX design, with at least 8 years of experience in the field. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and developers to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Experience leading a team of designers and developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
