UI/UX Graphic Designer

*Responsibilities:*

*UI/UX Design:*

1. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing).

5. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

*Graphics Design:*

1. Create visually appealing graphics, logos, icons, and brand materials.

2. Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards).

3. Develop email templates, newsletters, and campaign graphics.

4. Create social media graphics, animations, and short videos.

5. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

*Requirements:*

1. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphics design.

2. Portfolio showcasing expertise in both UI/UX and graphics design.

3. Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

7. Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and WCAG guidelines.

_Desirable:_

1. Experience with design automation tools (e.g., Storybook).

2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

3. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.

4. Certification in UI/UX or graphics design.

5. Experience with AR/VR or emerging technologies.
