UI / UX Developer
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our fintech products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the clientâs product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness for a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements And Key Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq, and general knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
Education And Experience
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX development and front-end development.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
- Experience working in Fintech Domain, especially Wealth Management, Trade life cycle management, Capital Markets, Risk & Financial Regulatory Reporting Solutions, Treasury Management.
