UI UX Developer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create innovative and effective user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes for new product ideas and features.

UI Design:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers clearly and effectively.

Design Systems:

• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency in design across different platforms and products.

Usability Testing:

• Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.

Stay Updated:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Skills and Competencies:**

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design and usability.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.
