Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and design, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, wire-framing, and design principles. The candidate should be passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and maintain responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- User Interface Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with our brand and enhance user satisfaction.
- Wire-framing and Prototyping: Create wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Visual Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing graphics, icons, and layouts.
- User Experience Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for improving UI/UX designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX development and design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with wire-framing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong experience in email campaign design.
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to web design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
