Role Overview: As a UI/UX Developer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to meaningful projects.
Design and Development: Create and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- User Research: Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping
: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.Collaboration
: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure designs are implemented effectively.Design Implementation: Translate design concepts into responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to continuously improve design and functionality.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Front-End Skills
: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create responsive and cross-browser compatible designs.User-Centric Design
: Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly.
