Job Description
Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for our
web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and
product managers, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Front-End Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end
frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product
meets user needs and business goals.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the companys design system to ensure consistency across all digital
products.
Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Accessibility: Ensure all designs and user interfaces are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to
continually improve the user experience.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end development skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
