Key Responsibilities:- User Research: Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.UI Design:
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to design guidelines and brand standards.User Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design with the final product.
Documentation:
Assist in maintaining design documentation, including style guides, user personas, and design specifications.Learning & Development:
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Engage in regular feedback sessions with mentors to enhance design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive and functional designs.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
